Purchased two Levitate guitar wall hangers and love how modern and clean they look. Noisy Clan provided super easy instructions, a convenient measuring tool and all the hardware needed to hang them on my wall. As usual with Noisy Clan products, they are well made and beautiful.
There are 2 colour variations, brown & black or all-black - I ordered the all-black one. It looks GORGEOUS! - An object of obvious quality and class! You need some basic DIY skills & tools to fix this to your wall, (it comes with some assorted fixings but you may prefer to buy different ones depending on your type of wall & preferences - on plasterboard walls I always use metal fixings rather than plastic dry-wall fixings that came with this), but it's on the easy scale to do. Once fitted to the wall this guitar hanger looks FANTASTIC and is very strong - I have no worries hanging my very expensive to replace, heavy guitar from it. Over the years I've looked at and used lots of different wall hangers for guitars and I can honestly say this is the best looking one I've ever seen - Perfect functionality and great looks means I will be buying more!

Really good quality, heavy metal wall hanger with soft leather and suede finish. I’ve got a large basement music room where my band practices so going to buy a few of these to hang my collection. Been wanting to find something high quality to match the finish of my basement and I’ve finally got something.
I bought this for my dad who has a large collection of guitars. His first comment when he opened it was 'Wow this looks expensive!' which was a good sign. He choose to hang his Ibanez Artist which is a very heavy guitar and the mount held up effortlessly. The description of 'heavy duty' could not be more accurate so very pleased with this purchase!
My uncle has a pretty big guitar collection and I wanted something nice for his birthday. He was super happy with this as its pretty unique and he’d never seen it before (he has seen a lot of stuff!). All in it made my uncle's birthday! Would highly recommend.
I got black and brown, and I have guitars to match luckily. The black chrome is nice; the wall steal is like 1/4" thick so no questions about durability. I like the measuring card they send with it and the chamois cloth is a nice touch. The mounting hardware and instructions are both top notch; I know a lot of places like to skimp on something small like good drywall anchors, but they didn't seem to miss there. Still, if I'm ever mounting something heavier than a picture in drywall, especially where I'll be mounting/removing the load often (like a guitar or even a towel rack), toggle bolts are the only way to go if I'm not going straight into studs. But the screw-style drywall mounts are pretty good, and these are the expanding type which is great. They will probably serve fine. A couple of places for improvement are that the leather isn't pre-drilled/poked, and the side of the bracket that faces the wall doesn't have any padding. Just nitpicking; these are a really great product.
OK, just the way this product was presented is worth five stars to me. It was wrapped like something important and special was inside, and you just can't wait to unwrap it. This instrument (guitar) mount is sleek and gorgeous. (I'm looking around at the instrument mounts presently on my walls and I want to rip them all out). They were considerate to enclose complete instructions on how to install this mount and even though it is simple to do, everything is explained as if, as I said above, it is something special. They supply two choices of hardware and a shine cloth to keep the metal looking fabulous. (They MUST be musicians). It is obvious that this company, Noisy Clan is serious about their product, and honestly, I am smitten with this mount and would fully recommend it to any musician who wants to hang their instruments like they are special or as a gift to someone who does. Noisy Clan has a fan!

This guitar wall mount comes in retail packaging and inside you’ll find the wall mount, polishing cloth, drill hole template, screws and wall plugs, and an installation guide booklet. The wall mount has a decent amount of weight to it which gives it a quality feel. The main frame is made from steel which has a brushed black chrome finish to it. It’s a lovely look as it comes across as silver but with a black hue to it. The inside area of the steel mount is covered with a suede and leather insert, so the soft leather is what actually comes in contact with your guitar. This ensures that your guitar remains scratch free when placed into the mount. Installation is simple as you use the included screws, and wall plugs to secure it to the wall. There is a card included which shows you where the drill holes should be so you know exactly how far apart the holes should be. You do have wall plugs or drywall plugs so it can be installed to either with what’s included. To put your guitar into it, you just slide the neck of the guitar in between the mount and as you lower the guitar, the wider headstock starts to rest in the mount. This makes it quick and easy to mount and dismount your guitar. An absolutely brilliant mount for your guitar and it keeps it in easy reach, so I seem to be playing it more as the guitar is always at hand. It’s also nice to have my electric guitar on show as it’s a beautiful guitar and it’s a shame to hide it away in its case. This is a rally nice, quality wall mount which is so easy to use and the workmanship is second to none…
This guitar wall mount is very nice, very hard wearing and heavy duty. It was very simple to install and hangs my son's guitar with ease and stability. Brilliant and would recommend.

I got this to actually hang up my bass guitar, and it's been great. It was a bit hard to use initially; however, other than that, it's been quite strong and easy to hang up. Highly recommend.
I know its just a wall mount but it look incredible. The mix of the brushes meal sand leather looks fantastic. Heck even the metal that you don't see that goes against the wall looks great. I really like the small branded stud, a great touch. Every thing you need to fix the mount to the wall is included. I really like the zero plastic packaging which is really good to see. I think for the price (£44.99 at the time of review) its very good value for the quality of the product. The overall experience is enhanced by the unique unboxing process which again is a really nice touch. Overall, quality, quality quality that easily justifies the purchase price.
A day after receiving and this is on the wall and displaying my six-string- it looks simple but so well conceived and executed. I had the black-chrome/brown leather version- the leather insert facing the woodwork is a soft, shallow-pile suede, doesn't make or leave and impression and the other leather side is a robust thicker leather to bend over and support the walls in contact with the steel./ Overall it looks incredible and holds the guitar neck securely and with a minimalist , but composed styling- the black chrome is a mirror finish and will show finger prints, just as well Levitate also supply a cleaning cloth to remove the digital evidence. Fitting was relatively easy- you need to decide where yuo are going to mount this and also what type of wall it is, it comes with nails, masonry plugs and plastic plasterboard fixings. I swapped out he the plastic plasterboard fixings for steel to give a more secure joint, mark out the 2 screw holes by the supplied template- drill and fit- that easy. Really this is few levels over my current plastic cantilever guitar holders, the style is understated but the mix of traditional leather and black chrome is excellent- I feel it looks better in the brown leather however, just to accentuate the contract. Shall I get another guitar to have another one of these?

I really like the minimalist aesthetic of this guitar hanger which incorporates both function and form into one unit which has a premium feel about it, and would fit into any room with any decor without drawing too much attention to itself. It comprises of a brushed steel mount which has a reassuring weight to it, coupled with a well stitched leather insert which has a suade inner to protect your guitar from scratches. It comes with a set of rawl plugs and screws for attaching the unit to the wall which will need a power drill for attachment, but once securely fixed to your wall, it provides a secure mount which holds your guitar against the wall, allowing for you to admire the "curves of your axe", whilst not tripping over it, if you get what I mean. Looks pretty cool and does exactly what it says on the tin. Big 5 stars from me!
Gave this to my grandson this evening and wow!, what a surprise. His previous guitar hangers have been really functional but very plasticky. This, by contrast, is an exquisite piece of production and looks incredible. Worthy of hanging a Gibson or Fender, not just a knock-off replica. Well engineered with top-class materials. I don't see how anyone can be disappointed with this. The quality etends all the way to the fitting template ad the chamois cleaning cloth! A fantastic item for guitar players with taste!
Listing is pretty accurate, you get a good value wall hanger. Only down side is it doesnt have the little tabs that hold your guitar in but it looks good so don’t mind. Now my house can look like a real world hard rock cafe

So l've been looking for a hanger like this for a while. My wife has a particular taste for our house and until now she has not approved any of the wall hangers that I've suggested for my guitar. This hanger is made of nice brushed steel with a kind of mirror finish as well, its really high end. The part that holds your guitar is soft leather with a little bit of padding. All round its a pretty well put together piece of home decor which now allows me to have my guitar out of the wardrobe and on display. It comes with the correct fixings I needed to hang, I used the brickwork screws and they went in fine and feel solid. I'm pretty useless at DIY but this was easy to install so my wife helped. There is a little card which shows you exactly where to drill so even a novice like me couldn't struggle. Now I need to see if I can get some more guitars before hanging them up...
Sabastian here, big fan out of Los Angeles with a big guitar collection, and other instruments too. I'm so glad to have these up! Almost everything I own works great on them. My nylon stringed guitars don't fit, but my steel string acoustics and semi-hollow Harmony Rocket look magnificent. My banjos fit pretty good too, and my ukulele (but total overkill for the uke). All that being said, my Strat hangs slightly off-kilter, but still looks like it was meant to rest on this thing. The leather exterior is joined to the gripping-suede interior with some handsome stitching, and that same combo tastefully blocks sight of both screw holes. If I hadn't put these into the studs myself, the "levitating" look would definitely catch my eye. Even though I did install them, I thought they looked so minimal that I was a bit wary. So, I gave them a tug. Verdict: sturdy as a brick shit house. My favorite thing about the instructions was the drilling guide. Every company selling anything that requires drilling should start doing this. Since I went directly into studs with my own long screws, the only thing I really needed to save time was that template. I have 4 of these, and I think I need more!
This is a very nice and elegant looking guitar hanger. However, it doesn't work well with the Telecaster headstock. The guitar can still be held in the holder but the guitar sits at a very weird angle. That's because the hanger doesn't rotate to accommodate the Tele headstock shape. What ended up happening is that there's unnecessary tension on the headstock, which can't be healthy for the guitar. The holder works fine for LP style and Strat style headstock. I like that the package comes with a good quality polishing cloth and you definitely need it because the glossy metal finish of the guitar holder is a fingerprint magnet. The leather padding is very nice and cushions the guitar headstock very nicely. The leather is not glossy but more like a suede finish. For guitars with certain glossy coating, you may need to cover the leather with some sort of cloth to prevent the grain of the leather sticking and tarnishing the finish. While I'm not experiencing any tarnish on any of my guitars, I do find that the nitro finish on my mustang from 1978 tends to be sticky and can be tarnished by leather. All of my other guitars work just fine with this hanger with no tarnish. I like that the hanger allows for the guitar to sit closer to the wall than the usual style guitar hangers. There's also enough room on the hanger so that you can offset the guitar away from the wall if needed especially with guitars that have a headstock that angles back. It also works well with my acoustic guitars.
This is an interesting product; a mix of high-quality materials and good attention to detail in the boxed presentation and accessories; but a poor standard of finish that detracts from what should be otherwise an excellent product. It is a formed steel band with a leather/suede padded insert to protect the guitar (or whatever else you're storing). The spacing of the arms appears to be reasonable for most guitars and it does hold securely. There is some spring in the arms but they're not going to open significantly. The steel is polished and slightly brushed to a pleasing appearance; however the edges are quite rough in places, with little care given to the finishing or consistency. It looks like a coarse rasp/file was used (and not very well). The outer surfaces on my example have some pitting. It is also a fingerprint magnet, which is probably why they've included a cleaning cloth in the box. The leather is a lovely caramel colour on this model and the padding (while not particularly soft or thick) does the job. However the shape, edging and stitching of the leather is wonky in places. A visually pleasing and well-machined steel pin/button with laser-etched wording adds a little something to the overall look and impression of quality. All of these cosmetic issues are not going to impact usage and are not particularly visible at a distance; so you might decide they are perfectly acceptable, based on pricing. While this particular variant isn't currently listed for sale, the black/silver version is ~£45. Assuming this costs the same, I personally don't think the finish issues are acceptable. It's shame because the design and functionality is otherwise great.
On the positive side, the bracket is beautiful, sturdy, elegant, and comes with anchors for either drywall or concrete, as well as the required screws. The bracket is made of metal with an inner leather liner. The metal is "brushed" horizontally, and it would be better if it came with a removable plastic protector like the screen of a cell phone along with better QC after polishing. Mine came with minor dents and scratches that are only visible if you place the unit in front of you. Packing was good. Just more attention is needed to final polish and protection.
